1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "toro99" — refers to the online gaming platform operating at https://toro99.cam, including all services, games, and promotions offered therein.
• "Platform" — means the website, mobile application, and any associated software through which toro99's services are accessed.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" — any individual who has completed registration and holds a verified account on the toro99 Platform.
• "Account" — the individual membership profile created by a Member upon successful registration.
• "Balance" — the total funds held within a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by toro99 subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed on a game or sporting event through the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by toro99 to confirm a Member's identity and eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Services" — collectively, all gaming, betting, promotional, and account-management features available on the toro99 Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the toro99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
2. You are capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party;
5. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the toro99 Platform or any affiliated gaming service;
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of toro99 or any of its affiliated entities.

Geographic Scope

toro99 primarily targets players residing in Indonesia, including major cities such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Palembang, and Makassar. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is lawful under the laws of their specific jurisdiction. toro99 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the toro99 Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban without refund.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, and whenever requested by toro99 thereafter, Members must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Any material misrepresentation or omission of personal information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balance.

3.3 Account Security

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password). toro99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Members must immediately notify toro99's support team if they suspect unauthorized access to their Account. toro99 is not liable for any losses resulting from a Member's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.

3.4 Account Transfer

Accounts are non-transferable. Members may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of their Account or any funds, bonuses, or rewards associated with their Account to any third party.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

toro99 operates in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. All Members must complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and may be required to complete additional verification at any point during their membership.

4.1 Required Documents

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) — must be valid, clearly legible, and unaltered;
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last three (3) months;
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of the Member holding their ID card beside their face;
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (where applicable).

4.2 Processing Time

toro99 endeavors to process KYC submissions within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 72 hours. Members will be notified of the outcome via email or registered phone number.

4.3 Right to Request Further Documentation

toro99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations, enhanced due diligence questionnaires, or further identity evidence. Failure to comply within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

toro99 accepts deposits through the following verified Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. toro99 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion, including for risk management or responsible gaming purposes.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to the Member's Account within five (5) minutes. During scheduled banking maintenance windows — which may affect BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri transfers — processing may take up to two (2) hours. toro99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Prohibited Deposit Sources

Members must not deposit funds obtained from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own legal name. Deposits from joint accounts, business accounts, or third-party accounts are prohibited without prior written approval from toro99 compliance.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Members may request a withdrawal only after completing full KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit (same-source rule). Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.2 Processing Time

toro99 targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. During peak periods or following a security review request, processing may extend to twenty-four (24) hours. Gold VIP tier members receive priority processing. Withdrawal timelines are subject to third-party banking schedules and cannot be guaranteed for inter-bank transfers during off-peak hours.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.4 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Any Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited without activation of a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion and the minimum withdrawal threshold.

6.5 Fraud & Security Holds

toro99 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending additional security review. This may occur if unusual account activity is detected, if KYC documentation is incomplete, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or collusive play. Members subject to a hold will be notified and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers extended by toro99 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail. toro99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Members with an active bonus will be permitted to complete the applicable wagering requirement under the original terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before winnings may be withdrawn. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute 20%.

7.3 Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active

While bonus funds remain active and wagering requirements have not yet been fulfilled, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is Rp 50.000. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings at toro99's discretion.

7.4 Bonus Abuse & Collusive Play

toro99 employs sophisticated fraud-detection systems. Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, systematic low-risk wagering, matched betting using bonus funds, collusion with other players, or opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently closed.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not activated within seven (7) days of issuance will expire automatically. Once activated, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified in the individual offer (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonuses canno t be reactivated or extended.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Certified Random Number Generation

All casino games available on the toro99 Platform — including slots, table games, live dealer games, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our RNG systems are independently audited by accredited third-party testing agencies to ensure statistically fair and unbiased outcomes on every game round.

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

toro99 publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game in the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Members are encouraged to review RTP information before selecting games.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including bandar bola (football betting), mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and live in-play wagering — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, toro99's official rules for the relevant sport shall apply. Members should review individual market rules prior to placing wagers.

8.4 Malfunctions & Technical Errors

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game round or bet settlement, toro99 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the Member's Account. toro99's decision in such matters is final. No compensation is payable for inconvenience caused by technical errors beyond the return of the affected stake.

8.5 Disconnection Policy

toro99 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failure, or power outages on the Member's side. Members are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before placing wagers, particularly during live dealer and in-play betting sessions.

9 Responsible Gaming

toro99 is deeply committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. In accordance with this commitment, the Platform provides the following tools and safeguards:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps via their Account Settings;
• Loss Limits: Members may cap their maximum net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum continuous play duration after which automatic logout occurs;
• Reality-Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and current balance;
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary (24-hour to 6-month) or permanent account exclusion by contacting support. During exclusion, all marketing communications cease;

All limits and self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Limit reductions take effect immediately.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the toro99 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances without recourse:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details);
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusive play, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or game mechanics;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to the Platform through a payment provider;
• Exploiting any software bugs, errors, or loopholes — Members who discover a bug must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorization;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward toro99 staff or other Members.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toro99 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Services;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions;
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services;
• Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, toro99's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, toro99's aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

toro99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

toro99 implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including SSL 256-bit encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Personal data is never sold to third parties and is shared with service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the Services.

13 Amendments to Terms

toro99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, toro99 will provide notice via email to the registered address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Members who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the verified payment method on file, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming services. toro99 operates under an international gaming license and is subject to the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

14.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Member should first contact toro99's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. toro99 aims to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

14.2 Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the stated period, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by toro99's licensing authority. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to any rights of appeal available under the applicable regulatory framework.

14.3 Language

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
