Our Story
toro99 was founded with a singular vision: to create Indonesia's most trusted, secure, and player-focused online gaming platform. Recognizing the unique needs of Indonesian players — from local banking preferences to cultural gaming traditions — we built toro99 from the ground up to serve this dynamic market with integrity and excellence.
From day one, we understood that Indonesian players deserve more than generic international platforms with poor localization. They deserve instant withdrawals through BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri. They deserve customer support that speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia and understands local holidays like Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day. They deserve access to both international sports like the English Premier League and Champions League, as well as passionate coverage of BRI Liga 1, Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and Timnas Indonesia's journey in the AFF Cup and World Cup qualifiers.
Today, toro99 serves thousands of satisfied members across Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Palembang, and Makassar. Our platform offers world-class casino games from top providers, competitive sports betting odds, live dealer experiences, and traditional Indonesian favorites including togel (Indonesia's beloved numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting streams), and specialized bandar bola (football betting) markets tailored for local preferences.
We've invested heavily in technology infrastructure to ensure lightning-fast deposits and withdrawals, bank-grade SSL encryption for all transactions, and provably fair Random Number Generator (RNG) certification for every game. Our commitment extends beyond entertainment — we champion responsible gaming with comprehensive self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, reality-check reminders, and 24/7 access to problem gambling support resources.
At toro99, we don't just operate a gaming platform; we build lasting relationships with our players. Our VIP rewards program recognizes loyalty with escalating benefits across Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. Our customer support team — native Indonesian speakers available 24/7 via live chat, WhatsApp, and email — treats every inquiry with professionalism and urgency. Your success is our success, and your trust is our most valuable asset.
As Indonesia's online gaming landscape evolves, toro99 remains at the forefront of innovation, security, and player satisfaction. We're not the largest platform, but we're proud to be the most trusted. Welcome to the toro99 family — where every player matters, every game is fair, and every withdrawal is fast.
Our Mission & Vision
Mission
To provide Indonesian players with a world-class online gaming experience that combines international quality standards with deep local market understanding. We deliver fast, secure, and transparent gaming services while promoting responsible play and building long-term trust with every member.
Vision
To be recognized as Indonesia's most trusted and player-centric online gaming platform — the first choice for discerning players who value security, fairness, speed, and genuine Indonesian cultural integration over flashy promotions and empty promises.
Our Core Values
Trust & Security
Player trust is our foundation. We employ military-grade SSL encryption, undergo regular third-party audits, maintain transparent terms and conditions, and process withdrawals with unprecedented speed. Your personal data and funds are protected with the same standards used by major financial institutions.
Fairness & Transparency
Every game uses certified RNG technology audited by independent testing agencies. We publish RTP (Return to Player) percentages, clearly display bonus wagering requirements, and maintain honest communication about odds, house edges, and terms. No hidden clauses, no predatory practices.
Speed & Reliability
We know Indonesian players value instant gratification. That's why withdrawals process within minutes, deposits reflect immediately, customer support responds in under 2 minutes during peak hours, and our platform maintains 99.9% uptime. When you win, you get paid — fast.
Local Market Expertise
Unlike generic international platforms, toro99 is built specifically for Indonesia. We support IDR currency, integrate with BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and e-wallets like OVO, DANA, GoPay. Our customer service operates in Bahasa Indonesia and understands local banking systems, holidays, and gaming preferences.
Responsible Gaming
We believe gaming should be entertainment, not a financial solution. toro99 strictly enforces 21+ age verification, provides self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, session timers, and reality-check reminders. Our support team is trained to recognize problem gambling signs and connect players with professional help resources.
Player-Centric Innovation
We listen to our community. Player feedback drives our product roadmap — from adding new payment methods to introducing popular game categories. Our VIP program rewards loyalty with tangible benefits, not empty status symbols. Every decision starts with asking: "Does this serve our players better?"
Our Journey
Platform Launch
toro99 officially launched with a focused mission: serve Indonesian players better than any competitor. Initial offering included sports betting on BRI Liga 1 and international football, plus 500+ casino game titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and other top providers.
Local Banking Integration
Achieved full integration with Indonesia's major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and launched instant withdrawal system. Processing times dropped from 24 hours to under 15 minutes, setting a new industry standard that competitors still struggle to match.
E-Wallet Support & Mobile Optimization
Added support for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja to meet growing mobile-first player demand. Completely redesigned platform for mobile responsiveness — over 70% of our players now access toro99 via smartphones and tablets.
VIP Rewards Program Launch
Introduced three-tier loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold) with escalating benefits including faster withdrawals, higher deposit bonuses, dedicated account managers, and exclusive tournament access. Over 15,000 members now participate in the program.
Responsible Gaming Initiative
Launched comprehensive responsible gaming tools: self-exclusion options, customizable deposit and loss limits, session time controls, reality-check pop-ups, and self-assessment questionnaires. Partnered with Indonesian problem gambling support organizations to provide referral pathways.
